The photo's one of the best I've seen from ISS.

Gee....I wonder how many metric tonnes of CO2 are in that?!?!

Would that be a 25 year supply (carbon credits) for the U.S.?

If accurate, this demonstrates that the models being used to "prove" global warming aren't worth a damn.

So neither of you even read it.

figures

BTW FK

About 320 million tons/year are emitted by all Volcanoes
Fossil fuel CO2 emitted by human activity is about 30 Billion tons/year.

Can you do that math?

Yep, I read it. It demonstrated that the models are piss poor at predicting climate.

How come there was no data on how much CO2 that volcano (and others) spewed?

Naaaa...that pesky info is irrelevant!

My favorite is the estimated submarine volcanoes...that there is no actual data for due to the fact that nobody knows how many there are or when they erupt.

if submarine volcanic action is responsible for the increase in carbon dioxide in the atmosphere

wouldn't the pH drop of the ocean lead, rather than lag, the atmospheric accumulation?

Trust me FK, the data volcanologists have collected on volcanic CO2 emissions doesn't fit the rightwing agenda.

Better to continue denying the existence of such data.

And, if I may 3rd,

those data are manufactured by the

Conspiracy Of Volcanic and Atmospheric Researchers or

COVAR as they're known, or not known, in the conspiracy business.

A further point of evidence is that COVAR returns

the covariance function in Excel which shows that

Microsoft is "in on it" as well.

And they're watching.

Tinhats anyone?

Once, there was a crazy old lady, and she was quite capable at feeding and clothing herself, brushing her teeth and living independently. A young doctor came to the small town and wanted to ensure that she was ok. He was a committed man of medicine, steeped in science and determined to heal whatever ailments he came across with his talent, education and determination. He met the old lady on her porch, she was pleasant and nice, until she sneezed, and he instinctually said "God Bless you." She said "That's where you're wrong, there is no God." The Doctor was not offended, but curious about the nature of her belief, so he inquired. "If there is no God, who made us" he asked. "Nobody, we were already made." Fair enough, he thought, but her confidence intrigued him to question further. "How is it that the world floats in space?" he asked. "Everybody knows Atlas holds the world on his back" she slyly retorted. He thought he had her now, "but what does Atlas stand on to hold the world up?" "Turtles." Now he knew he found the flaw in her logic. "So if that's true, what are the turtles standing on?" "Nothing" she said, "its turtles all the way down."
Moral of the story: you cannot discuss or argue with a crazy person.
