Haven't seen any polls to that effect. Certainly, that isn't the idea. The PiC purposely stoked the Ferguson situation in order to get blacks out to vote in the mid-terms. He has no problem trading civil disorder, death and destruction for a few votes. Fortunately for all of us, the PiC is an idiot and doesn't see that this sort of thing will simply remind everyone that he has sown chaos both home and abroad.
