I'm leary of the effects of fracking but a Dutchsinse video?  Really?  That guy believes that NEXRAD is used to cause severe weather.  He thinks that migrating birds that show up on radar in the spring and fall are "HAARP rings" that indicate that the NEXRAD at the center is creating severe weather.  Hell, he thought that smoke from controlled burns in the Ozarks and Ouachita mountains were "volcanic plumes".

As for the quake in Mineral Virginia.  There are no fracking wells in that area.  That area isn't over shale, doesn't hold gas, and is geologically separated from the nearest frack sites that are 100 miles away at nearest. 

Plus, it isn't disputed that fracking and deep injection of fracking waste can lubricate faults and cause them to slip so I don't know what it means to say that scientists have been bought off.  It is widely acknowledged that fracking has cause earthquake frequency to increase.  But fracking didn't cause the Virginia quake.

You know what really causes earth quakes?  HAARP  stations diguised as weather radars.  Dutchsinse and his buddies think that HAARP used electromagnetic radiation to cause the Japan quake, the Haiti quake, and the Virginia quake.  They also think that HAARP cause and steered Katrina and Irene.  Those videos of his are super informative.
