Okay, so shut the coal plants down and we can be progressive by burning candles to see at night and deficating in holes in our back yards. Or we can tax the sh!t out of everyone so we can invest billions of dollars into solar technology that is not getting any cheaper, any better, or more available.

Obama has raised the minimum miles per hour requirement for future vehicles. This is increasing the cost of cars and affecting what people have available to them. I don't think it is government's job to affect pricing on products and behaviors to drive people towards or away from products or behaviors.

The new lightbulbs are the ones with the mercury in them, not the old ones.

I don't care who gets married. I think gay couples should have the opportunity to be just as miserable as the rest of us. If someone wants someone in their family to have an abortion then that is fine. I would prefer taking steps to make sure that it doesn't happen in mine. I don't think that TV and radio should be a free for all. That's what the internet is for.

I agree with gay couples in a stable, commited, relationship being able to adopt.

Nobody will ever do away with birth control.

So how do we solve problems like human emissions driving global warning?
(other than pretending that it's not real and the scientist who overwhelmingly agree that is is ar part of some big conspiracy)
