There are some great sipping tequilas, for sure. They'll blow your mind.
I'm currently trying to age my own. I'm using Florida Kush Agave Liquor and ageing it in oak barrels to see what happens. Even if it doesn't work out, I'm not complaining.

I find that Hornitos Black Barrel is an excellent "daily" sipper.
The "aging" thing with tequila in Mexico is interesting, as compared to the aging of good Scotch in Scotland. The best Avion is aged only 44 months, and I believe most of the good Patrons are only aged 36 months. Why? Well, because it is a hell of a lot hotter and humid in Mexico!
