Hops and Dough where wise guys was... As you could guess beer and pizza. Went lastnight for the soft opening and it was pretty good. Pizza was actually done right. We always ask for the pizza well done and they nailed it. Their beer selection will be pretty good when they open fully. I would say definitely worth a try. Not 100% sure if this will be all the time but after 9pm all drafts are $1 and craft bottle beers and $1.50. So there's my 2 cents.

As I understand it, one of their "things" is to hire people who have had some problems in the past and are getting their lives together.

I don't know if it's a gimmick, but I'm down with checking it out. Business with a social consciousness is all good with me.

And who doesn't like beer and pizza?

I've been twice now. I think the pizza is awesome. We also tried some fried mushrooms and they were very good.

They are open until 2am, I don't know of any other late light places in the area. That might be a good niche.

Last night was free for 1st responders, and it looked like quite a few police and fire folks were taking them up on it.

If you like beer and pizza definitely check them out.

explains why when my wife and I pulled up Monday night and the open sign was lit, and a little sign said closed as I read to my wife, look, open 7 days a week from 11am to 2am!  DOH!

If you go to Charlie and Jakes and get the BBQ nacho's, get the queso on the side.

Good.. I hope the employees get paid somehow. Go to Papagallos for their $6 lunch menu it's way better anyway.

A case of Hops and

Actually, I saw workers there a few days ago, lights on at night, and maybe even an "Open" sign if I wasn't mistaken.
