So how long before they cap the well we all use to rinse off after surfing at buccaneer beach? Do you think we will finally get a city water shower? I doubt it, no money left after all the money saving solar panels.

IF, , , , it is a "free flowing well", no worries. It is "artesian" and, as such, is way deep enough to not be contaminated with surface effluents.

The surficial is still used for drinking water in some parts of Brevard.

I know a couple of the parks use surface wells in cocoa beach for a few things too.
