I know the silicon valley peeps have been doing some crazy stuff for a while now, cryo therapy, coffee blended with grass-fed butter and triglyceride oil, so although not "news" to me, I found this article interesting as I really enjoy this publication.

The author goes to Dave Asprey's "bio hacking" lab in CA, one interesting piece was Dave believes he is 1 of 2 people to have his harvested stem cells harvested and injected back into his brain and expects to live to at least 180 years.

The best link to living to 90 I've seen is everyday, low level alcohol consumption; a beer and a glass of wine.

Thanks, but I'll pass on the brain injections.

You should check out the science supporting blood infusions from young healthy people. The regenerative effect seems amazing.

Who wants to live to 200. Doesn't everyone else get bored with the same pointless drama humans of every generation seem to create?

We've had some worthwhile personal tech advancements but not much else. I live for my friends but they ain't gonna be around.

Now if SETI finds something that would be cool. Otherwise make room for the young.

I would live forever if waves pools become affordable, even if I have to get toobed laying down!
