Need a WH changed out (tank to tankless), minor leak under the kitchen sink repaired, and new fixtures for kitchen & bathroom installed.

Leak repair and fixture replacement shouldnt be too difficult unless soldering is required in a hard to reach spot. Same goes with the tankless water heater as long as you're going from 220v electric wh to a tankless, you might get lucky be able to mount the tankless without soldering or new wiring. If not, no biggie just a little bit more work. Plumber will most likely be somewhat expensive for just a few hours of work. If you're not to far away, Id be glad to take a look and help you with it. Call or text 407 790 1944.
