I know there are some soccer fans on this forum. The game last night was abysmal to say the least. After the strong showing vs Panama in Orlando, to play like they did last night is embarrassing. 

I really hope this ushers in a new era for the USMNT. It's time to give the younger players chances. We have strong young talent, but always rely on the veterans as if they're somehow better because they're older and more experienced.

 

ONce the NFL is destroyed we will be one of the better football countires...

Our best athletes play sports other than the abomination called soccer.  Except for our best women athletes, they play soccer. 

Eliminate the guys that do Golf, Baseball, NASCAR as pseudo athletes that would not be good at soccer. 

Now our NBA guys they could probably play soccer.  Football players for sure.  Those peope play soccer? We'd rule.

Now the thing about the NFL failing is a joke.  The NFL rules and all the phony Trump supporting tools that think they are going to take it down are overmatched.  

Sooo we will continue to suck at mens soccer because our best male athletes don't play it.

 

NFL is big right now. Will it always be? Sports Leagues are always competing for fans. There will be a shift in popularity at some point. Will soccer climb to the top? Probably not, but it's growing in America. More kids play soccer than any other sport. We are starting to produce better players. I think we can still compete.
