Why do all you "Old Guys" get on here and start these topics to complain about all of your health ailments, and then try to one-up each other about how bad you have it?  I just don't get it! Torn this and that, constipation, erectile disfunction, stubbed toe, ect. I'm mid fifties and have never had any health issues (knock-on-wood).  Maybe when something hits me I will be able to relate.  But until then, I think you guys just sound like a bunch of old country bumkins, sitting on the porch, and telling camp fire stories.

If you have skated, snow boarded and surfed for the last 35 years like most of us and managed to stay injury free, consider yourself lucky.

And if you feel compelled to go on an Internet forum and complain about what other people are discussing, you may have health issues you are unaware of. And for the record, I like telling stories around a campfire :-p

You guys are funny. Just thinking a few years back, seemed like all the old folks ever talked about and had in common were their health problems. Everyone on here are suppose to be healthy, athletic, surfer types.  Then you start these threads about my arm, my leg, my sphenter, my weinner, or whatever. I swore that when I got "old" I would never talk about my health problems.  Maybe we need another section of this forum : "Old surfers and their ailments".

We discuss injuries in hopes of finding the magic answer so we can stay in the game or water or air. I don't want to be forced onto the log, I want to be the 50 year old still attempting an air reverse.
