I noticed some clearing or beginnings of construction at RC's. What is happening there?

Looks like some minor brush clearing. No signs , no building permit. (yet)
I shop at Publix. ( wink, wink)

Sorry to say guys, super from Tricon Development told me that they are putting up 2 high rise condos. Deliberately keeping it pretty quiet.

Yea, kinda sucks. Was hoping their permit would expire before construction could begin.  I think they had 10 years to begin construction after the deal was made. Waited till the last minute. Guess they think the housing market is good enough now to start. Things will never be the same. Oh well, that's the way it goes.

A little wind blockage might not be such a bad thing.
Did the old Hotel coming down affect RCs much?

The Publix parking lot will still be there.

Damn, I was hoping for a lottery win so I could wall it off a build a house. Then complain to the shopping center about all the illegal parking.
