ww Posts: 9687 Joined: 08/17/2007	Tampa Bay Times looks at fixing the Gulf's beaches. Even Gov. Scott is in favor, though getting funding from Congress is another matter. (There's some politics, so I shoulda put this over at NSR. Focus on the general issue of whether dumping sand on beaches is a good idea. As the story notes, Florida does more of it, in a more organized way, than any other state.)
