Should have dealt Howard before the trade deadline last season....maybe could have made a better push in the playoffs. Now he wants to be traded so get the hell rid of him...I say dont honor his request to go to the Nets...I say trade him to whatever team will get us the best players (and not a bunch of old vets that are looking to retire in Fl).
Once Jameer annouced he wanted to be a free-agent, you knew that meant Howard was looking to leave (again). Those two are tight. I agree, he's not committed to the Magic and you could see it in his performance last season. Get rid of him and look for a hungrier young athlete or 5. |

the had better damn well get a superstar to put asses in those seats in that shiny new arena or this is the begining of the end for the Magic. (in Orlando anyway)

agreed...its too bad i think the magic should trade Dwight to some foreign team, possibly like a Chinese team or something like that. i've heard west africa is nice this time of year |

Its kind of funny how Lebron is a hero and Dwight is the villain now! Where is Dwight going to take his talents now? LOL.

Dwight is going to LA, that is where his surgery was. If he wanted to be in Orlando he would have sucked it up and played in the playoffs. Once again Orlando will loose their big star.

No! Done with van gundy. Bring Phil Jackson back from retirement!!!! Get rid of jameer, Turk, and Dwight. Bring in a point and a center. The rest can fill/Phil in the rest.

I could be wrong but---- way back when, Hakeem olajuwon was close to putting houston out to dry and wanted to trade (1992 ?) . He ended up staying, Houston rockets won 94 and 95. It did also help that Clyde drexler relocated for 95.

What has the Magic done? Got a coach yet? They've made plans to interview 4 guys w/ zero head coaching experience. Bonus that they're involved in a major trade with zero input from a head coach, and zero clue for incoming players who their coach might be. 8-10 years may be right. Un-frikkin-believable. DH will go (probably with a handful of others) in the next few days. The Magic will receive has-beens, no-names and future no-name draft picks.
