He is a low/no risk veteran that has something to prove that was picked up extremely cheap by a team currently lacking a #1 reciever. This also had nothing to do with Ireland as my understanding is that it was Philbin's call. If he works out and makes the team, the potential upside is huge for the fins. I also have complete faith in Bess and Hartline thriving in the our newly installed WCO. Bess and Hartline both have the speed, timing, and hands to make the plays required in a WCO. Moore was better than over half the quarterbacks in the NFL last year in regards to QBR. Even more so if you take away the game Henne got hurt in and his first start where he was adjusting. When you have a quarterback with a better rating them 50% of the leagues, you arent doing too horrible.
