ww Posts: 9682 Joined: 08/17/2007	NPR The Soviet Union was a place where underlings were terrified of passing bad news to the higher-ups. That seems to have had consequences for the space program. This story reminds me of ghoulish old Readers Digest stories (my grandparents were big on RD), with documentation.
