I've been stung by jellys and after went into the bathroom and peed in my hand and wiped it on the area, arm/shoulder, and it worked imediately. I'm a believer. Super hot water is for stingray stings. Now if stung in the face...suffer!

Ah, religion, bigotry dressed up as morality.

I was walking the calm summer surf and some man-o-war tentacles had settled on the bottom. I got the sh!t stung out of my ankles as the tentacles wrapped around them. I got out of the water and let loose down my leg thoroughly covering them with grade a urine. Didn't make a bit of difference in the pain. Only thing I know of that works is meat tenderizer.
