you know mighty mounds is made by palmers who also make 5 daughters.
For the sex Wax haters. Have you tried the Quick Humps made by SW? Its really good not at all like the old wax. One of my buddies was showing me this organic wax made with bees wax don't remember what its called. Has any one else herd of it ?
Its all good it only suck when you don’t have any wax on a DP and the waves are good. haha

HEY LANCE BURKHART, YES I'VE HEARD OF IT. I'VE BEEN USING IT FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS OR MORE(I TESTED THIS WAX FOR THE GUY WHO MAKES IT). GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, NO PETROCHEMICALS AND IT REALLY WORKS GREAT. I'M THINKING ABOUT DISTRIBUTING IT HERE IN FLORIDA. IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN SELLING SOME IN YOUR NEW PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT LET ME KNOW AND I WILL BRING SOME BUY. IT MAY COST A BIT MORE, BUT IT IS WELL WORTH IT. I USUALLY GET ONE OR TWO RIDES EACH SESSION, WHERE I KNOW THAT I WOULD HAVE NORMALLY WIPED OUT WHEN USING ONE OF THE OTHER BRANDS OF WAX.

Yeah Irey , H20 hit it , I Bought mine at Sports Authority . Man they work insane under the baggies as well.
I actually think the Baggies Company " Jet Pilot " makes a pair of baggies with them attached in there but I like to switch it up. One of my buddies turned me on to those shorts and was one of the best tips I've gotten in a long time . I'll be in there at Spectrum to grab some wax stock on Sat .

I'm glad someone brought this up. MightyMounds it the best wax ever, end of story.
Stopped by CapeSurf today but they didnt have any. I will make it to spectrum at some point to stock up.
On a side note CapeSurf had an impressive selection of shortboards. Their sign wasnt kidding about being a core boardshop.

What is it about Mighty Mounds that makes it best in some people's opinion?

What I like about it. It beads up into nice little beads and provides great traction. It is It also holds together pretty well, not smearing everywhere, not causing a rash on me. The last thing I have noticed is that it doesnt turn from white to crap color in 2 sessions. Just my opinion.

bringing this one back from the dead...found a great deal on a case of wax. If you surf a bunch its better than paying $2 a pop for a single bar. http://surfsource.net/store/category/clearance_items/

You'll never need wax again!!!---this what's on all my boards, spraying works best Clear, permanent non-skid for Sailboards and Now, Stand Up Paddle Boards. A little more aggressive traction than our HULA DEK, Ultra Clear, Ultra grippy permanent Sailboard traction. Kit provides an easy step application process that allows you to customize the areas where permanent, no-slip traction is needed. RE-DEK can be applied right over graphics and artwork without hiding or distorting them.
