Cleanline is a good bet. They're a solid business (they were thriving when I lived there 20 years ago), they're good at online, and Oregonians love to get wet. They've posted some photos of customers' kids in wetsuits lately.

Another Ride Surf Shop on Tomahawk Drive. Kelly has a bunch of almost new wetsuits that are very reasonably priced. There is no way I would buy a new wetsuit for a child who will outgrow it in a year. (Although I am sure that Kelly is happy that a lot of parents do!)
