sigh, why are the waves gods so harsh on this weekend? I will sacrifice my surf bike tomorrow for you. Well, at least it looks like offshores, so that will help a little.

 

[edit] Note.  If you sacrifice your surf bike, make sure you have a spare, or you are walking to the surf. DOH!

Still lots of openings in menehunes and women's over 50 shortboard as well as a few openings in other divisions.

This is the contest that many of today's good surfers started at. Lots of family friendly fun with no pressure.

bump.  it's the weekend.  people WILL be surfing. Go chill and cheer them on even if you don't think you'll get wet. 

[edit] I don't know if I'd call it surfing, but there were people in the water with boards trying not to break their fins and or fin boxes.
