One of my favorite people.

It will be an honor to help celebrate Fred's life.

Yes, he did. He liked to work later in the day like I did and we would talk about fishing, surfing and whatnot. One night he was complaining that the ants were diving off of the ceiling and onto the still wet boards. I still smile when I think about it. Fred was a one-of-a-kind classic and I'm glad I got to know him.

Wow I remember meeting him there, my brother has a really cool fish he made.

We talked about fishing, fish recopies(he had a ton!) and even heard a spot in HI "freddyland" is named after him.

Sounds like he lived a great life, RIP

Whoa, that is terrible news. Freddie was the man. I will be there. Sorry for your loss.

I learned to surf at OA. He and Dougy Deal were usually out picking off the better waves. Man had great style in the water. RIP
