Checked a couple spots in Satellite. It's wobbly and not looking all that good. 2-3 feet, maybe 4 on rare sets. Closing out. I didn't see anything worth paddling out for or skipping work/school. Your mileage may vary or find a better spot. Good luck!

Yes, I'm sure it will get better. The buoy dropped from last night's readings so there are waves. Just not good enough for me to skip responsibilities.

I guess winter returns tomorrow! So get it today if you can.
A stalled frontal boundary across central Florida will lift north today as a weak wave of low pressure approaches from the Gulf of Mexico. The low will move northeast into the Atlantic tonight and swing a strong cold front into central Florida. Showers and embedded lightning storms will overspread the area ahead of the front. Winds will freshen out of the northwest behind the passing front on Saturday, which will produce poor to hazardous boating conditions into early next week. TODAY Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to 15 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 feet with a dominant period 12 seconds. A moderate chop on the intracoastal waters. Slight chance of showers in the morning, then chance of showers and slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. SATURDAY Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots and gusty diminishing to 15 to 20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 feet with a dominant period 7 seconds. Rough on the intracoastal waters. Showers and slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning, then chance of showers in the afternoon. SUNDAY Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming north 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 feet. Choppy on the intracoastal waters. |

Was not worth in in satellite this morning. Watched it for 30 minutes. Looks like down south was better.
