I really would not be in such a positive place if it wasn't for the incredible support from everyone around me and all of the messages on social media. I've been totally blown away... I don't know why, but the wipeout seems to have captured the attention of the mainstream media and it's forced me to really face what happened and basically get over it. Why? Because the wave bounced you 15 feet into the friggin' air! Watch the vid in slo-mo from 0:18 to 0:20 and witness a flying ragdoll. I'm not sure I'd live thru that, or even want to!

No real surfer woulda pulled up mid face, backside on that wave!! He got lucky and had Angels!! He deserved to die from stupidity and lack of experience!!! God Bless him all the same and I hope he heals and tries again!! Makes for great train wreck fodder visually! ------------------------- Tubes, Boobs, & Doobs!!!

If given the opportunity, I'd have to go. I got no bidniz going out, but I'd have to go. God usually just smacks me around, augers me into the bottom then kicks me out nekkid.
