Copy the link.  Then highlight the text to be linked like the word "YouTube"

Then right click and up comes the menu, or go to the top and look for the chain link icon (less easy).  Click.  Up comes a box to "link URL."  Paste.  Easy.

You can also hit share, then at the bottom click embed. Once that comes up, block and copy the link, then paste it on the 2nd Light page.

You can also remove the "s" from https in the link you posted. That will open in in a new tab.

Also, thanks @ stokedpanda, I am a 90's kid so I guess it is in my blood. Plus 'laybacks' open up a whole new world of variety and progression that not a lot of surfers are taping into.
