Be ye warned:

After years of tolerance, the owners of the private access at RCs are now towing and trespassing cars and people from the lot with solar canopies across from McDonalds. This became necessary after a belligerently drunk surfer mouthed off at them and a cycling surf checker assaulted one of their employees while they were cleaning up debris from Irma.

I just came here for the comments.

This was coming.

People just can't help themselves, dropping trash, blocking obvious owner parking spaces, and sometimes even parking in handicap spaces.
Wait until the condo "opens" for business and Publix decides to shut us down.

Yep, put a fork in us.

I saw a surfer with a board in hand talking to a cop at the private access the other day. The cones were still up and the black police car wasparked  in the solar canopy lot with its lights on

Really nice people that put up with a lot of crap for a long time. I thanked them everytime I saw them. I guess everyone has their limit.

On another note, there will be a beach access at the south end of the new project once it's complete.

I picked up garbage, always showed respect, bev, you can shove it, whoever your rotten ass is. You are a typical keyboard whackjob.
Show yourself some day and say in person what your acid mouth spews and see how that goes in person with anyone.
I have surfed this spot since 1976, yes, 41 years you sad sack of humanity.
I care deeply about this sacred surf spot, you on the other hand are some passerby newby opionated scrotum

Never had to park, just walked from SHS, through the palmetto/scrub path and picked up a stashed board.

Well not much changes for those of us who can walk or ride our bike there. Too bad for the Orlando people though.....

That parking lot only had a few spaces anyway. There will always be a place to park and surf RCs. Not worried about it.

I have first hand info from "a cycling surf checker" about the owner screaming and backing into the handle bar of this cyclist, claimimg he assaulted her.

If you can put a gate up, then do it. If you cannot, then stop your whining LungRX.
Are you enticing us? Have you no legal basis to shut us out? What gives? Shit or get off the pot. Put us out of our misery, but DON'T defame good people innocently just wanting to surf.

This source who confided in me is trustworthy. The onus is now on the owners.
We just want to surf. That is not a crime.

Oh, and BEV, yeah screw you man, woman, or whatever you are.

Is there grandfathered in access to the legendary RC's? That's the question.

If not, why is there a city built walkway behind your office?

Time to do a records search.
