Why wait for tomorrow when you can surf today! I confirm Certon's (upper) rib high late evening sets. Crowd of two people ...and LOTS of active sea life. On it for pre-work dawn patrol in the morning.

Really small today in satellite

Edit: As in not even breaking outside at dead low tide small. Though I am sure someone will post a picture of one wave that may have come in over the course of an hour that was waist high and claim it was head+ where they are....

Take the expectation down, get some float and paddle out for some summer fun. South Streets : knee to waist. Incoming may produce something slightly better.

Look to the east, its just getting started.

Tide push will be starting soon. Hopefully it will get better.

The 20 and 120 has been fairly consistent so I wouldn't expect much of a bump from increase swell size. Only hope is the tide push.

A small bit of info:

I was fishing the West end of the Grand Bahama Bank yesterday(Sunday) and there was no sign of any swell at all.

Finally an accurate report. I live near Ocean Ave. 1-2 feet at best (ankle to knee), even at dead low tide. Sigh........

As luck would have it, my daughter is in labor in Orlando and I plan to be over there this evening to meet my newest grandson.  This of course means the surf will be pretty darn good this evening.  It also stands to reason that my plans to take off work tomorrow for surf means the swell won't last thru the night or that the wind will be on shore tomorrow.

We bottom fished. We loaded the cooler.

Huge strawberry groupers, mutton snapper, yellow tails, ocean tallys, ect.

We also fished 300 plus feet with electric reels.

We caught yellow eyes and button snapper.

A few cirro makrel swam by and got those.

I got smoked a few time as well by something big??
