In countries ruled by the rich, these things don't happen. Billionaires are taken to court for owing and excluding everyone illegally. Surfrider takes on the Goliath and wins. They even got their half million dollar legal bill paid by the loser. You'd hope that after going 0-for-2 he'd give up, but he's probably hoping to negotiate a huge-profit settlement with someone, like selling it to the state. Bueutiful beach though -- looks like one of those great places to get eaten by a shark! |
