If ya didn't make it Gulf side for the TS Cindy swell. You didn't miss much. Maybe 5 days of weak knee to waist high waves. Sometimes fun most times not. This video shows what you missed.

The link below somehow works

It got really fun around Sarasota Tuesday evening and most of Wednesday, bigger than waist high for sure, locals were calling it head high but I'd say shoulder at the biggest. some really fun spots around that area.

Thanks! Looks fun enough for the wave starved summer months. Most of the Cindy pics from the FL West Coast I've seen are similar. WEAK.

But I did see some shots from the Panhandle that looked much better

lol ... right place , right time and it only lasts so long. ive seen it go from oil glass here to chop slop in a moment's flash. changes constantly but had some barrels, air drop floater snaps , finslides, etc. do what you can with what youre given.

Were out there at the Jetty that day?

I was little surprised that it was smaller than the earlier wind swell around June 7. But getting the tides right was a big factor. It wasn't too bad a couple afternoons there at the north side and I was actually surprised at Thursday afternoon still being alright. Not a bad June altogether.
