Need to send a Thorstream TV tuner to a friend down there.  If anyone is heading to Hacienda Iguana/Colorados area soon please shoot me an email to the address below.  As always if anyone has any questions or needs help planning a trip I'll be glad to help out my fellow 2ndlighters. THANKS!

I'm sure you're on the up and up but just ship it.  As someone in the industry, no one should be acting as a currier for a "friend" or someone that they don't know and trust a lot.  International especially.

sarcasticsurfer, the only thing that gets to nica is ox carts. Take a visit to the Pacific side of Nica, you will gladly bring the tuner, tell the industry.

I've been and I'm sure both FedEx and ups fly to MGA

Thanks for the advice sarasota.  Unfortunately rural Nicaragua is very primitive. No FedEx, no UPS, and no mail service at all.  They don't even have addresses down at the beach.  So shipping it is 100% out of the question.  I'm not asking anyone to swallow any balloons with drugs in them.  It's just an internet TV tuner about the size of a cigar box. Neither US or NICA customs will bother you.  It's considered a personal item, like a laptop.  There are quite a few 2ndlighters that go down there so I'm just looking for someone to put it in their luggage.  No big deal at all.  The family down there is super cool and will be stoked to get it.   They just want to watch some American TV and sports.

Hey now, it is paved all the way to Hacienda Iguana now. Easy drive, no ox carts needed
