You're getting images big enough to crop quite a bit.  I picked one, almost at random, cut it from 5000 x 3333 to 3136 x 2090.  ISO was at a real slow ISO 100.  Looks like real good focus and image quality.  This is a little version loaded to 2ndlight.  

It would look better at with all its pixels.  Along with cropping, I darkened the water at the horizon a bit to make the spray stand out a bit more and cut exposure in darker portions of the broken wave.  That's strictly a style preference--leaving the broken stuff overexposed is a good way to keep attention on the surfer. 

Just to show how much you have to work with, here's an even smaller bit of the original,  at full size.  It's starting to get a little fuzzy.
