Surfing up in Daytona this weekend and I tryed to sneak into a closeout barrell and it didnt end well. The board attacked me and I ended up with two 1/2" cuts in the middle of the pannel on my thigh. It's a good suit a couple of years old and I would like to get through the rest of the "winter" on this one. Has anyone one used seam seeler or other sealant glue and what kind of luck have you had?
Thanks |

https://www.gearaid.com/collections/care-repair/products/seal-cement?variant=28044147025 I repaired a couple suits with this, followed the instructions with no issues. It works like contact cement. ------------------------- http://pushheretosavealife.com Be safe, have fun. -J Edited: 01/18/2017 at 06:51 PM by jrandy |

I've used the stuff on cuts that I've sewed shut and covered with a patch. Usually doesn't last very long in my experience.
Search "Wet Suit Repair" on this category or try the link below to see my most excellent repair. http://www.2ndlight.com/fuseta...d1=wet%20suit%20repair ------------------------- Replace turf grass with native plants that don't need irrigation and synthetic fertilizers or chemicals that can go into our waterways and ocean |
