Went out. 3-4 feet. SE winds. Form wasn't that good. No one out. Water felt great. Glad I paddled. But, not worth a long drive.

North CCB looks fun. Decent size, nice open lefts and the sun is shining. Cleaner than I thought, wind seems SSW and the swell is stacked together; the paddle almost look annoying. No one out except me in an hour.

I was right.

Fun afternoon quickie at Vero South Beach.  Should have been worth going up to Spanish House.

The guy with the firmly inflated donut should try a Publix surf mat. The trick with surf mats, at least serious ones, is minimal inflation.  There was also at least one Catch Odysea and a Slyde handplane.

SatBe was chest to head and fun on a short board if it was floaty enough. Big steep fast sectiony drops and some lefts connecting way from the outside to the inside. Thought I would see sheets of whitewater but not at all. Was much better at higher tide than low. Good time indeed.

Brother, when you get a minute, could I get a list of the words that trigger these fits?

Hey. Where are we going? (And what are we doing in a hand-basket?)

BW at low tide was pretty fun. Dawn patrol was ok too.

Found plenty of lumpy head-high bumps reforming to the beach north CB area mid-day. Skinning it no problem.
