Got me genuis. I'll spank myself and write a hundred times on the blackboard. Stroked Pandsey, I beleive dudes is spelled wrong. If you can't figutre it out, just write, "dude is". Thanks for monitoring the spelling, forget the substance. Too much stroking. My post had substance relative to OP's post in that dredging can create dope waves in FL such as in St Aug. YOUR post has substance but lacks direction, talking about pacific swell, sand fleas, used tires, and condos? ------------------------- I troll 2L.com to be a better person in real life |

The sand in Cocoa resembles dirt more than it does sand. Gray....nasty...thanks to renourishment. It wasn't always that way.

They took out the "storm" drains from the dune and ran pipes out 1/2 mile at my break. Now we have a giant beach, water line is where the outer break was.

in the very early 70's when the port channel was being dredged, they ran the pipe down in front of the "Applegate" ? house and just let it run. It built up a very nice wart in the beach, the contour dropped off very steep, but the north wrap hooked around it nicely, after a few months it was gone |

Creative idea. If you convince Brevard County Commisioners of the economic value of at least trying to improve surf breaks, they might want to steal away some of the surf dollars that are currently favoring New Smyrna. Then maybe it will go somewhere? |

We had a fun left point for a while in St Augustine when they were pumping dredge sand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txKv1NnToxU
