Cocoa Beach looks fun; head high, some larger sets and clean. Stiff west wind and a tad between tides.. but I bet it gets pretty damn good in an hour or two.

Tom Neilson was coming in for food, then heading back out. Greensleeves was waxing up. Longnecker was crossing the walkway head east with paddle and board. Cam was going to get a board. And I am headed to #$@%*$% work!

Seems like two separate swells. In Indialantic, A NE swell at solid chest high plus. Then occasional E sets head high plus breaking on the outside. Seems to be cleaning up.

Just leaving the streets after about three hours kind of a brutal paddle out at first for an 11 second swell it was kind of like an eight second swell getting out there but once you were to the outside pretty smooth sailing. very large overhead on sets kind of like a hurricane swell. plenty of closeouts but if you caught the right one at the right moment oh man

Just got out for lunch. Getting closer to high tide, but it is still breaking fine. Wind seemed to clock a little more NNW in Satbe but still clean enough. Well overhead on the bigger sets. At lower tide this morning the rights were open and barreling. Got a nice two cover up wave on a bomb set, kinda rare for here.

Walt reported macabre overhead sets in North Cocoa beach this morning.

(makeable isn't in my phone's dictionary either)

I like the visual of macabre overhead.

Just left Cocoa Beach at 7. Another 3 hrs sesh but a much higher wave count in the rib 2 chest (mostly rib). Clean and more controlled. LOTS of fun. Hated to leave but the sun already had.
