We scored some excellent surf on our trip to Costa and did the full journey from Pavones to Tamarindo (just in time for the croc bite). I did not plan on releasing any footage before the film is complete but the boys have been begging me to release some of the drone footage from Pavones.

We surfed here for 2 1/2 days and it was decent size but perfect form for the most part and if you know Corey you can invision him looking like a kid at the front gates of Disney world when we pulled up. Corey rips Popoyo to shreds and this wave had a similar feel to him with the addition of probably 60 more seconds of ride time.

did you see the condo's going up at Point Pavones , I get email's from them trying to sell me on what's disputed land.

Six sessions in two days. 4 to 6 on day one. 3 to 4 on day two. Swell angle at 205 degrees, if I recall. I was ready to get on the plane and go home by the third day...never been so tired, before or after.

I camped on the S side of the river in 01. Sweet wave, but the fuggin' gringos, that have been there more than a month, think they own the place.

Saw a Mata Buey, Bush Master, on the road to town. It was ACROSS the road. I was going to prod it along but did know on which side of the road the bidniz end was. Across the gulfo, is Matapalo, Pavone's mirror.

You sure it wasn't a BABABOOEY?
