surfline saying 2 3 occc. 4 - what will it be like in satellite/melbourne beach....I really don't want to head to the shark pit.

cfl surf says one thing - wavecaster says another.....looks like a 2 day event at best.

Today showed small but looooong lines coming in.  That could be good or bad depending on the angle.  We'll see.

Agreed, it is gonna be a wake up and check it early and see if it actually is there or not. Wind forecast doesn't look too good for Friday:

FRIDAY
NORTH WINDS 10 TO 15 KNOTS BECOMING NORTHEAST 10 KNOTS
IN THE AFTERNOON. SEAS 2 TO 3 FEET WITH A DOMINANT PERIOD
13 SECONDS. A MODERATE CHOP ON THE INTRACOASTAL WATERS.

Yup small long period showing.
Caught a few on the SUP, mostly closeouts (long period)
but not always. Some waist + but you had to have patience.
And if you found the shoulder...

And DABUH says something may be coming

Possible Massive Swell

"POSSIBLE Extreme Event coming. Recent model runs are trending on a MASSIVE
Swell Event setting up for the Atlantic. If forecast models hold true there can be no
doubt that one will take place along the East Coast of the United States. We are
talking Tow-In at Pump House Extreme and the possibility that WaveMasters 2015
could be all time."

Tomorrow morning is going to be a SURF MORNING
and "preparation" for the "event" that may be coming.
