Wow, ESA just can't catch a break and get waves for the contests . If I wasn't sick i might have made the drive over, but it would be nice if they could get lucky and actually have fun waves for the contests(like last weekend). Oh well, wishing everyone a fun a eventful time at the contest.

yeah, even the end of my street looked decent at dawn, so other spots were undoubtly much better. I went for a bike ride instead as I was waiting on the tide. Watch out Sunday, lots of bicycles on the road due to the intracoastal waterway century

Tip, I am trying to justify not going over LOL. Actually I have 2 reasons for not driving over.#1 is my Mom is not in great healtht so i have to stick around in case she needs me, and #2 I am a little bit sick. I need to knock this cold out so i can be around my Mom on Tues/Wed for a surgery she is needing. I can't risk getting her sick. I am glad the contest is going well. I will be back next season, when i can get a full season in.
