I pieced together my own 'kit' from Home Depot. Fiberglass, resin, hardener, sandpapers, masking tape etc. Although if you want to color match your repair, maybe a surf shop. But instead of a little repair kit, I now have enough materials to last me for years and countless repair jobs.

As for the actual repair...YouTube is your friend.

No! Not Home Depot. Their resin will turn brown in a heart beat.

Go to Fiberglass Florida in Rockledge. If they don't have it, you don't need it.

That's why I said if you cared about color, go someplace else for the resin. That Silmar resin that FF is selling looks pretty good. Thanks for the tip.

Spend 15 bucks on a repair kit and then another 40 on having someone fix your blunder doesn't make you economically correct. Spending more money in the short run by having someone fix it professionally will save you money in the long run (not to mention a ton of aggravation). Use your head!

Oh, and a quick proofread on your spelling and grammar probably couldn't hurt, too.
