beautiful morning, dolphins frolicking, sun rising, and waist-occasional chest high glass

Go get it, should be fun all day and most likely will improve with a lower/incoming tide..

full report and pics below...

Yesssssss, clean glassy rights, lefts and some loooooong lefts ...

... and it was working at sunrise with waist to some easily chest + + + set waves

If you only had time for an early high tide session and didn't feel like
walking back to your car, just take one all the way in and let the
high tide shore pound pick you up and plant you in the pavement of the parking lot

Low to mid was good also--2 street long lefts and some pounders on the rights!

Had a blast at the streets from about 12 - 2pm. Wind seemed to get a little stronger and it def seemed to ebb in size after that. Got to work on my skills on my 5' 10", caught lots of waves on it, saved a tourist from drowning using it as a flotation device and paddled her in (I take it as a sign that this board and I are gonna get along just fiiiine!). Got a few more good waves, came in and everything was right with the world.

Brother, when you get a minute, could I get a list of the words that trigger these fits?

Hey. Where are we going? (And what are we doing in a hand-basket?)

This morning I walked over the boardwalk and saw about 25 guys straight out getting some semihollow ones struggling to stay open. I looked down the beach and saw a well defined peak dumping hard and staying open left and right on every wave with no one on it as it remained for my whole session. These people had some serious tunnel vision.

Surfed with two other guys somewhere between Spanish House and Spessies and it was fun.

...when I first looked at
the waves this morning...

...it looked like Bells Beach.
Clean, glassy, long lines....but LEFTS.

(maybe there were a few other little differences)

In fact, I also paddled away from a few others
and found my own little "wave making machine"
a few streets north of the "popular parking lot".

Later towards the end of my session
Saw surf64 (Will Lucas) of Surf 64 Surf Productions on a nice long left also...

It was a gooooooood morning.
