It wasn't surfable at 11:00 AM. In fact, the only good time was from 8:30-9:00 AM.

Really fun at Lori wilson from 9:30 to about noon. Grabbed lunch and went back out a bit North near the Cocoa Beach Pier from 1 to 3. Winds were slopping it up. When I left at 3 it was rideable but not great form and getting smaller.

Maybe if you were trying to own the pier. I was surprised to find it more fun at high tide than in the morning.
