Everything is finalized for the contest and luau. Lots of divisions that people asked for. New this year, everyone will get a raffle ticket when they enter and prize bags will be raffled off after the awards. (trophies 1st-3rd) This gives everyone a chance to go home with some goodies.

Luau will be at the Cocoa Beach pavilion this year so we can have SUP demos and a race around the island. Lots of food, music, live auction, and FUN!!!

No Pro Divisions? 

Not this year. It's not really worth it if you only win a percentage of the entry fees. We tried to get $500 sponsors for a pro division but had no luck. Lots of fun open divisions and added a few new ones this year.

no pro: then i'll just run naked up and down the beach on my hands!

Hey Mel, I posted this on the FB page too but I am curious if you would run the LB pro's if the surfers agree to just split up the entry fees like normal! I doubt anyone really minds...
