If you know Jeff Willoughby then you already know his story. I don't know Jeff personally, but I'm honoring my sister's request by sharing his story with people I know in the surfing community, and respectfully ask that you do the same. We all hope never to be in a situation like Jeff is in now, so it's easy to feel a bond with someone who is. I hope you will pass this on to others, and please attend his benefit on April 24th if you can.

Please share with anyone you know or any surfer you know, my friend Jeff is well known in the surfing community.

Also check out our website: www.surfers4life.org we've been very busy with this and all the computer info has happened in 4 days, also face book and email at Details@surfers4life.org Please pray for Jeff, single father of a 17 year old, both live in Merritt Island; right now he's having the feeding tube put in and this is something we have talked about for 2 weeks, he thought he could do it without but he now has nerve damage from the Chemo and having difficulty eating; he has 1 more chemo and 14 more Radiations, radiations are now twice a day and these treatments are due to be completed on April 12th.

Definately going to be there for Jeff! He has been a long time freind of mine for over 30 years. We surfed together and against each other back in the day with ESA. Surfs Perkin's and Satellite alot. Please support Jeff in his battle with throat cancer. Bills are mounting up fast and he needs everyones help! Aloha....

I'm gonna do my best to make it down from NC. Jeff is a close friend and surfs with us at Perkins all the time. He plans on beating this and getting on with yet another trip to Bali. Thanks for posting this.

I've decided to accept the fact - I'll always be a big kid!

Man, I was shocked to see this.  Like SHS and Indo, I've known/ surfed w/ Jeff for many years, but have been priveledged to get to know him a lot more over the last 10 years or so since he's been surfing a lot more in my neck of the woods (Sateliite Beach).

Jeff is a great surfer and stand-up guy.

Jeff, if you're reading this or not, a lot of prayers are coming your way brother for complete healing!  I definitely plan to be at the fund-raiser to support you in your fight, and I'm really looking forward to seeing you again in the water soon!

It's official, I'll be there I think Rudolph is doing the contest part, good man, thanks. Hope everyone can show up and donate or do like Mama G did online. For those of you who don't know jeff, take my word for it, hands down one of the nicest mellow dudes ever and a  blast to surf with. He has  been installing blinds for 25 years and is always working his ass off to make ends meet and keep in the water, He's a great vert skater and basketball player. He also has a son who does excellent in school. Well, I could go on, but it's all about trying to help out a good friend, see ya there.
