NEX 7 and Canon FD 500mm 4.5 -------------------------

I have to get a faster lens or a Nikon, Sony. SWEET! ------------------------- "Even if your on the right track, you'll get run over by a train if you just sit there" Will Rogers....I believe

The FD 500mm 4.5 is "affordable" compared to the new lenses but it has no IS
or auto-focus. On the NEX it's a 750mm and on the Pany G1 it's 1000mm. Most shots from the car (trying to stay out of the sun) and I'll keep the 500 on the NEX with the Pany G1 next to me with a 100-300 for closer shots of flight "attempts". -------------------------

@acrorrusd, you are right, I used any pose that wasn't "just sitting there"
and about one second after the shot BLAM... projectile poop.... ;-) -------------------------
