yes, thankfully, the UF 2017 football season is over.  The basketball team does look to promise some good entertainment, and I hope to watch their defense improve through the year enough to warrant a really good finish.

UF starts strong with 18-4 lead. Duke is not the kind of team you can ever stick a fork in though. But it's a good start.

Not the results I wanted, but UF went toe to toe with the number 1 team. This is a good team, very good.

5 star freshman Lonnie Walker showed flashes of brilliance! Stupid quick, can get to the rim at will and jumps outta the gym ... prolly one and done, but he is gonna be fun to watch this year!
