been surfing since I could walk and at only 23 my knee’s in bad shape. Wear a knee brace while surfing but the balance issues are pretty annoying still and it often gives out. Pain is bad at times but nothing a little pot can’t relieve. Wondering if anyone else has similar issues and what you did/do. Most likely getting surgery soon as a full tear surgery will be much worse.. |
