Totally got ripped off this Tuesday evening. Flooding rain all around me, but bone dry at my house. Ugh.

Currently getting rain. Kinda steady. Not enough to get through the hard dry top soil yet, but maybe if it keeps raining all afternoon! (knock on wood)

It is dry as a bone here and my water bill is steadily increasing. Rain all around but very little here. Rain barrels empty. Hoping for today and tomorrow.

Currently getting rain this Saturday morning. Seems so weird to get rain in the morning. Not complaining, I like it.

4/21, waiting.......forecast is good for rain from Saturday afternoon till Tuesday afternoon.
Hopefully it wont go to the North and South with nothing noticeable at my house like the last good rain storms did.

Vero airport has 1.88 inches this morning.  I think the air show will be able to go ahead.

Wow, nice to get some chunky rain on Sunday and today Monday. More rain everyday this week and the weekend. Making me wonder if rainy season came early this year?!?

Model rainfall and
WPC QPF progs indicate some areal rainfall amounts in the 6-8 inch
range for the 7 day period with the high rain chances expected to
continue the next seven days. There will be some concern for minor
flooding in areas that receive locally heavy rain over multiple days
through the upcoming week.

I've already had 5-3/8" (as of an hour ago, with several showers since) today in downtown Mel Bch. There's going to be a lot more than 6"-8" over the next few days (unless it really lets up).

Knocked a bunch of blooms off our plumerias. But jump started a bunch of other stuff that has been waiting for rain and humidity. Encyclia tampensis at the base of one of our oaks suddenly has over a dozen spikes. Should put on a show this year.
