I need to rework some locking pins for my accordion style hurricane shutters.  If there is someone with a drill press and a tap willing to lend a hand, I've got some cold craft beers.

I just orderd a metric tap and die set for like $17 on amazon prime yesterday.  SAE is the same price.  2 day delivery.

why do you need a drill press ?   why not just a cordless drill or hammer drill?  I can help for advice only right now, my left hand is jacked up from a palm tree spike going 2 inches deep into the back of my palm/hand.  Scormbird would say its from bad karma so I gotta reverse that  --  limited - to advice right now.   did a steel bolt break off in an aluminum section?   if so it's potentailly chemically welded in there from being dis-similar. extractor and 900F of heat could do it..  is it a 10mm sized bolt or smaller ?
