Surf and smoke pakalolo! Eat at House of Noodles in Kapa’a! Surf, Hike, Dive, Fish, explore. Some really good hidden gems (waves) on that island.

Explore a bit.  The cloud forest at the top of the island beyond Waimea Canyon is older than forests on the other large islands, and in many respects is, for native animals and plants, the most remote place on the planet.  Also, great views.  Also cool and wet.  Red clay mud.

You will go to Hanalei, so continue on to the Limahuli Garden.  Great place to learn traditional Hawaiian farming and culture.
