Daytime, water cannon. 5 gallons each, compressed air (actually an old technology) $90 million project to rebuild a massive 1920s-30s fountain with entirely new plumbing, controls, and lighting. And they've got flower beds.
And even a meadow (used to be a dairy cow pasture)
